The columns on the side of this fireplace are hinge-mounted and open to reveal hidden storage.

Heating: The fireplace provides 5000 BTUs of supplemental heat for rooms up to 1000 sq ft, with adjustable thermostat settings ranging from 72 to 99°F (22 to 60°C). The thermostat turns off when the desired temperature is reached, and various timer intervals from 10 minutes to 9 hours are available, including an automatic safety shut-off device.
